Danielle and Anthonys Tullyglass wedding . I met Danielle and Anthony at the Tullyglass House Hotel wedding show and i think its fair enough to say that we just 'hit it off'. We all seemed to have a similar view on what they wanted from their big day. Top of th elist was for it to be relaxed and fun.
Weddings at different times of the year obviously have different 'challanges' so with a date at the end of December we knew it would (probably ) be cold (possible) be wet and certainly would get dark quickly , BUT on the positive there woule be beautiful Christmas decorations still up .
As I drove down to Lurgan for the bridal preparation sit was actually a lovely bright December morning and iu was hopeful the weather would be ok .
I arrived at the house and was actually surprised at how relaxed and under control everythng seemed to be . With 7 ladies (and only 1 man) to get sorted it was pf course very busy.
But I managed to get a few shots to set the scene for the day . The boys were getting ready at their house just about 10mins away so this was great and allowed me time to nip up there also . If anything i think that there might have beem more 'panic' with them as Anthony really wanted everything 'just right' but we soon got it all sorted .
The Ceremony was to take place in St Peters church in Lurgan which is absolutely beautiful with supurb huge stain glass windows . It was great because when i arrived the inevitable rain had just started . So a few shots of the men had to be taken inside.
The bridesmaids and Danielle arrived soon after it it was just a few pictures outside before the ceremony .
As can be the case at any time of year the weather just did not help us and thus we had to take some more 'indoor' pictures before getting into the cars to drive up to Tullyglass (we were hoping that the rain moght not be in Ballymena)
However it was another case for getting the brollys out. To their credit Danielly and Anthony braved the shower and we whicked the brollys away for a few secondsand got the cars at the front .
Tullyglass is a super hotel with good locations and a garden outside but the elements simply didnt allow us to use those. Fortunately the Clock tower suite was all decorated for Christmas with a wonderful tree and the huge door makes a great background for indoor pictures.
.The whole day was planned to perfection and everything pretty much ran like clockwork even to the first dance with 'fireworks' .
A day to remember. Please have a scroll though some pictures and get in touch here if you have any questions.
